SEAN STORK | Attorney

Sean is an Associate Attorney on our High-Skilled Immigration team working with clients from a variety of research, academic, and business fields who are seeking visas and green cards in the EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, EB-1B Outstanding Professor/Researcher, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, and O-1 Extraordinary Ability immigration categories. Clients appreciate Sean’s attention to detail and thoughtful arguments encapsulating the value of their work. Sean has also successfully responded to many Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and has helped clients overcome these requests and even denials to win approval.

Sean joined Ellis Porter as a member of our writing team and quickly worked his way up to Associate Attorney. Having previously worked as a discovery attorney for large-scale litigation cases, Sean was delighted to work in a more client-focused field, and he focuses on understanding clients’ unique professional achievements and developing personally customized case strategies that highlight those achievements in the most compelling way.

Ellis Porter shares this philosophy, so it made perfect sense for Sean to join forces with Ellis Porter as part of our High-Skilled Immigration Services team.

Outside the office, Sean enjoys cooking, podcasts, and all things science fiction and fantasy. He also enjoys leading weekly game nights with friends.
